Introduction: The "NUCLear Exotic structures And Related phenomena (NUCLEAR2025)" conference is designed to bring together leading scientists and researchers from across the globe to explore the fascinating realm of nuclear physics, with a particular focus on exotic nuclear structures and related phenomena. This event aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of the latest experimental results and theoretical advancements that illuminate the properties and behaviors of exotic nuclei, especially those near the nuclear dripline.

The conference will serve as a platform for discussing the interconnections between nuclear structure, reaction mechanisms, and astrophysical implications. Participants will delve into topics such as the role of exotic nuclei in astrophysical environments, the interplay between nuclear structures and heavy-ion collisions, and the latest technological advancements in detecting and studying these rare isotopes. This gathering is pivotal for defining future research trajectories and enhancing collaborations in the field.

Scheduled from Sep. 22-25, 2025, the event will include a series of lectures by esteemed experts, interactive sessions, and poster presentations designed to encourage deep discussions and exchange of ideas.

The scientific program includes the following topics, which emphasize the intersections between nuclear structure and related phenomena.

  • Exotic nuclear structures

  • Theoretical models for describing exotic structures and decay modes

  • Bayesian analysis and emulators for nuclear physic

  • Quantum entanglement
  • Nucleosynthesis, neutron stars, and nuclear astrophysics physics

  • Structure-impacted heavy-ion collisions
  • Transport models in heavy-ion collisions
