Description
In this talk, I will report our recent study of the thermodynamics of accelerated pure gluonic matter. We investigate the one-loop Polyakov-loop effective potential in uniformly accelerated systems, where acceleration serves as an external parameter for the confinement--deconfinement transition. We compare thermodynamic quantities obtained in the Rindler frame with those in the conformally related optical frame, and clarify the relation between the free energy and the pressure in accelerated systems. Based on this framework, we derive the one-loop Polyakov-loop effective potential and find that increasing acceleration favors the deconfined phase, indicating that acceleration enhances deconfinement in pure Yang--Mills theory.
