Conducting precise measurements of the CKM matrix is a primary approach to testing the Standard Model and searching for new physics. Among its elements, |Vub|, as the smallest matrix element, still requires further improvement in measurement precision compared to the others. This talk will first introduce the challenges in measuring |Vub| and some proposed solutions. Subsequently, it will discuss a strategy for performing independent measurements through the four-body semileptonic decay processes of B meson, with a particular focus on the two-pion light-cone distribution amplitudes (2π DAs). Finally, the talk will report on the progress in analyzing the B→ππlυ decay to extract |Vub| with improved precision, and discuss how the study of Ds→[ππ]Slυ decay serves as a powerful probe to unravel the energy-dependent partonic configurations of the isoscalar f0(980) resonance and ππ state.
